Bangalore: The beginning of a new year holds special significance for the Bearys Group. It is a moment to reflect with gratitude on the blessings of the past year, appreciate those who contributed to the organization’s progress, encourage employees to continue delivering their best, and set fresh goals for the future. It is also an occasion to acknowledge the vital role families play in supporting employees and enabling their commitment to the organization.

As per tradition, on the first Saturday of the New Year, staff from all Bearys offices and project sites across Bangalore, Mangalore, Shivamogga, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Dubai, came together with their families to celebrate. Mr. Syed Mohamed Beary, Chairman & Managing Director, personally greeted every employee, acknowledging their efforts and contributions. Performance-based incentives were also awarded for exceptional work on the successful completion of major projects including:

  • HYD01 Data Centre, Hyderabad
  • NTT Data Centre – DC2B, Ambattur, Chennai
  • NTT Data Centre – NAV1C, Mahape, Navi Mumbai
  • BIT Alpha Block, Mangalore
  • Champak Data Centre, Bangalore

The Rewards and Recognition ceremony honoured the best employee at each project site, the overall top performer of the group, and long-serving employees completing over 10, 20, and 25 years of service.

Continuing a long-standing tradition, financial support was extended for the education of employees’ meritorious children through the Bearys Shiksha and Suraksha Foundation (BSSF), which ensures that no child is denied education for lack of funds. Supported by management and matched employee contributions, the fund has enabled many deserving children to excel in fields such as civil services, medicine, and engineering. Gift cards were distributed, newlyweds were felicitated, and families with newborns received generous cash gifts.
